After completing the Hotel and Restaurant Management course at Niagara College, Gavin spent several years working in the hospitality field for some of the top restaurants and hotels throughout Canada. Through his long-time passion for food and the preparation that goes along with it, Gavin discovered his love for fine wine.
Gavin has been with John Howard Cellars of Distinction since 2009.
While growing key off-premise accounts inside of Niagara, Gavin continuously expanded his knowledge of wine and has been successful in gaining major accounts bringing Megalomaniac wines across Ontario and the country.
His enthusiasm for the industry and wine has allowed him to grow these relationships and expand the company.
