2015 Bravado Cabernet Sauvignon
Defiant, gutsy and self-assured to the max. Bravado is a very proud Cabernet Sauvignon indeed.
Beautifully developed, this cab is a great combination of ripe black fruit, balanced barrel notes, and a wonderful earthiness.
Bravado is our tall dark stranger that pairs well with full flavored foods of all kinds—especially barbeque.
The Red Cellar series (Big Mouth, Frank, Bravado, SonofaBitch, Vainglorious) are selected from precise blocks of our vineyards. They are all picked by hand and carefully processed during crush operation in order to extract the best of each variety. These wines are made to reflect the uniqueness of each variety coupled with our own terroir. As such, we extracted and aged them in a way to preserve their own internal varietal characteristics. We carefully monitored the oak aging to keep the balance of the fruitiness of the wine and the varietal character.
