Grounded Riesling demonstrates an excellent varietal evolution showing 'petrol' characteristics along with notes of grapefruit citrus, and a wonderfully balanced acidity.
Dry with some underlying petrol notes, this Riesling pairs well with cheese, appetizers, baked fish and vegetable pasta.
The Grounded White Reserve series are selected from our premium vineyards in order to reflect the ultimate potential of our terroir. Grapes are picked and sorted by hand, followed by a gentle extraction and fermentation process. Then aged on fine lees, an optimal balance is found. Grounded Riesling showcases a bouquet of citrus, floral and minerality. Finishing long and persistent, the notes on the nose come to life on the palate perfectly balanced by acidity and structure.
