Our Local Squeeze is made of Riesling from both our property and other vineyards of the region. With this Riesling, we balance the pronounced acidity of Riesling with a noticeable level of residual sugar. By fermenting cold and ending the fermentation before dryness, we are able to preserve fresh aromas on the nose and great sweet balance on the palate.
